4/17/2014 PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE
TO: RESIDENTS and BUSINESS OF West SR 434 between the address of 950 West SR 434 and 1200 West SR 434 on the South side of West SR 434 only.
A WATER MAIN BREAK HAS OCCURRED AT 1200 West SR 434.
THEREFORE, AS A PRECAUTION, WE ADVISE THAT ALL WATER USED FOR DRINKING, COOKING, MAKING ICE, BRUSHING TEETH, OR WASHING DISHES BE BOILED. A ROLLING BOIL OF ONE MINUTE IS SUFFICIENT. AS AN ALTERNATIVE BOTTLED WATER MAY BE USED.
THIS "PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE" WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN CORRECTED AND A BACTERIOLOGICAL SURVEY SHOWS THAT THE WATER IS SAFE TO DRINK.

The Public Utilities Division operates and maintains the potable water and sanitary sewer system in the City of Longwood. If you have an emergency, such as a water leak, or a sewer backing up please call 407-263-2382 Ext. 2 during normal business hours which are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. If your emergency occurs after normal business hours, weekends, or holidays, please call 407-339-1297.
