The Skylark Subdivision Water Main Replacement

project has been awarded to Blue Ox Construction

as our contractor and construction is about to begin.

This project will include construction on the streets within the Skylark Subdivision as shown on

the attached map. The purpose of this project is to replace the aging water mains and services

within the Skylark subdivision. This work is anticipated to begin the week of June 16, 2014 with

projected completion during the week of December 16, 2014. In the course of this project there

will be disruptions in streets due to water main installations crossing the pavement. These will be

held to a minimum. There will also be disruptions to the areas in front of your homes, and any

driveways or sidewalks which are removed will be replaced. You will be notified by the

contractor if access to your driveway will be affected so you may make arrangements to park

your vehicles elsewhere. At some point in the project we will be switching your water service to

the new water main. This disruption will also be minimal and you will be notified in advance of

the changeover.

If you require further information or encounter any difficulty with the contractor during the

construction process please call us at either 407-263-2382 Ext 2 or 407-263-2388.
