Following the CDC recommendations for minimizing exposure, we will be closing our lobby to public access. We encourage our Utility Customers to utilize the City’s online and automated bill payment options. Please visit our online site at

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but feel this temporary change is needed. As a provider of an essential utility we are suspending disconnections for non-paying customers through May 31, 2020. This is a temporary measure and customers are encouraged to pay their water bills on time if possible to avoid large balances due once the City resumes with disconnects for non-payment. We are committed to helping our customers, employees, and community through the times of need. Setting up a new account will require you to fill out an application and place a deposit on the account. Applications and deposits for service received before noon will be turned in on that same day, deposits for service after noon will be turned in on the next business day.

Bills are mailed or made available through the website on the first (1st) of each month. Payments are due by the 15th of the month. All payments received after the due date will be assessed a late fee of $5 or 10% of the bill, whichever is greater. Standard returned check fees apply ($25 for checks under $50, $30 for checks greater than $50 but no greater than $300, and $40 if the value exceeds $300 or an amount of up to 5% of the face amount of the check).
