Residential
The City of Longwood, through Waste Pro USA, provides garbage collection to all residential properties located within City limits. The service area is divided into three (3) sections. Each area has its own collection schedule. Yard trash is collected on Wednesday city-wide. Please place your trash on the curb prior to 7 a.m. for collection. If your garbage was not picked up, please contact the Longwood Utility Billing Department at 407-260-3470 and they will submit a ticket to Waste Pro.
Holiday Pick-up Schedule
The collection will not be made on the following days:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
Collections that would normally occur on these holidays shall be rescheduled on the next regularly scheduled collection day.
Recycling collections shall be rescheduled to coincide with the next regularly scheduled solid waste collection day.
