Developer’s Project Description
Located at 301 Dog Track Road, Alta Cypress will consist of 342 garden-style apartment homes spread over 10, three-story buildings, including an integrated clubhouse building, on 18.73 net buildable acres. The unit mix is comprised of 179 one-bedroom units, 127 two-bedroom units, and 36 three-bedroom units at an overall average unit size of 979 square feet. Community amenities will include a dog park, resort-style pool, active zone, and a clubhouse featuring a business center, clubroom, gastro pub, social lounge, and fitness center with a yoga room and fitness on demand. Alta Cypress will provide 595 parking spaces including 66 detached garages. Construction is slated to commence in October of 2020.
Wood Partners started construction on nearby Alta Longwood, located at 881 W Warren Ave, in July of 2019 and will deliver first units in October of 2020 with final completion of the project scheduled for February of 2021.
