A public hearing is scheduled for a Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment (SPA 03-15) changing the Future Land Use Designation to Medium Density Residential (MDR) and Zoning Designation to Medium Density Residential-15 (MDR-15) for property at 425 S. 17-92. The parcels in question currently have a future land use designation of Infill and Mixed Use (IMU) and a zoning designation of East End District.
The first Commission public hearing will be held August 1, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Commission Chambers at 175 W. Warren Ave. You can view the draft Ordinance 15-2076 here.
