Community Development has received a site plan (SP 04-19) for the development of a Circle K gas station and convenience store at 1290 N Ronald Reagan Blvd. The development is proposed with a convenience store building, gas pumps and canopy and associated parking.
The applicant is also required to hold a CAPP (Citizen Awareness and Participation Plan) meeting which will be rescheduled. The documents for this project may be viewed at the Planning Division, 174 W. Church Avenue, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday, and may also be requested by e-mail.
