This is a residential sub division and none of the homeowners were asked if this was okay with them. I for one am not okay with it. I feel this is not the place for this to be displayed. I'm very concerned about what this will do to home values in my neighborhood. We have done a lot of improvements and quite honestly it's embarrassing to have visitors come to my house. I would like to know who authorized this. Given that as far as I'm aware it was not authorized it is then equivalent of graffiti and should be removed.

Fresh Access Bucks is a USDA funded statewide nutrition program to buy fresh fruit and vegetables at farmer markets. Unfortunately this program has not been established anywhere in Seminole County. It is difficult for me, low income elderly, to drive to the Winter Park Farmers Market to participate in the program.
